Okay, everyone, so it seems that I'll be really busy for the next month and a half or so on the days you normally see me online.

Japan has THREE three-day holidays practically in a row.  This weekend, lazzchan and I (and possibly katesugarfairy?  Call me!) are going to Miyazaki because they're going to close the Ocean Dome at the end of the month.   This is the dome: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miyazaki_Ocean_Dome.  If you've seen Card Captor Sakura and/or Ouran High School Host Club, they both went to such a dome on vacation!  

Anyway, Miyazaki is near where lazzchanlives in Kumamoto ( www.visitkumamoto.com), so we MIGHT be able to do stuff there, but we're planning to do so much in Kumamoto that we might need to go the weekend we originally planned, September 22nd-24th.  She might also come up here to Nagasaki if I don't go down (or come here on the next holiday, October 6th-8th), or we might go someplace else now that she's getting used to life in Japan and wants to explore more.

SO there's a good chance I'll be busy all three holidays! @_@

After that, I will be busy on Saturday, October 13th because I have to go to Nagasaki City/Siebold University for the day.  I told one of the professors I met last month at the Intensive that I'd help him with his research project.  Then on the 14th, I'll be packing (and possibly leaving for Fukuoka depending on how early my flight is on Monday morning) and on the 15th, I'll fly out for the States.  It's funny; I'm leaving here at 2:50 p.m. from Narita and arriving in the States at 2:30 p.m. on the same day!  Of course, I'll leave there on the  morning of the 25th and come back around 9 p.m. on the 26th, so I'll be staying the night in Fukuoka.  THEN, since I'll be there, I'll meet up with katesugarfairy and we'll be bad girls and spend too much $$ in Fukuoka.  I haven't been there yet, if you can believe it--only to the Hakata station to change to the Shinkasen!!

So, yeah, I'll be REALLY busy for a while, so if you don't see me, don't fret.  (And during the days, I need to get through the Genki II textbook I just bought...and I started last week and finished the first chapter (Chapter 13) today, so I have 11 more to do before November...and I'll be gone for two school weeks in October.....Ahhh, I'm SO going to fail the advanced course!!! *cries*


Oh, and for those interested:  lazzchan is much happier and starting to settle in here.  She even got a cell phone today!  Maybe she'll e-mail you from her new DoCoMo e-mail.  It's been great for me when I've been bored at school. Fufufu.

fairyfriend49, papa_puff, we still need to figure out if we're going to make Winter Break plans or not.  It feels so far away, but really, we have to book next month....
